What you did is clear treachery, and it is not permissible for you to take the company's money without the permission of its owners. You must repent sincerely and return what you wrongfully took to its rightful owners. Since you fear dismissal, return what you took in installments according to your ability, and strive to perfect your work and benefit the company's owners.
