What is the meaning of Ibn al-Qayyim's statement: "Knowledge and wisdom comprehend all attributes of perfection. Knowledge comprehends life and its essential perfections, while wisdom comprehends the perfection of will, justice, and beneficence, placing things in their proper places in the best possible way, and comprehends the affirmation of reward and punishment"?

The attributes of knowledge and wisdom encompass all the attributes of perfection for Allah Almighty. The attribute of knowledge necessitates life, self-subsistence (Qayyumiyyah), power, eternality (Baqa'), hearing, and sight. Thus, Allah is All-Knowing of everything, All-Powerful over everything, Ever-Enduring (Baqi) Who does not die, hears every sound, and sees everything. As for wisdom, it is placing something in its rightful place in the best possible way. It includes justice, mercy, benevolence, generosity, and righteousness. It is among the most important things that drive a servant to obey Allah, fear Him, and hope in Him.
