Is it better for a wife to seek a divorce or to remain with her husband who has mistreated her and her family, and wants her to remove her niqab and work for his family without a full hijab?

Among the wife's rights upon her husband is good companionship, in compliance with the command of Allah and His Messenger. The husband's bad behaviors contradict this and indicate baseness and misunderstanding, and may even lead to the severance of kinship ties. It is advisable to involve wise individuals from both families to look into the matter and identify the cause of the discord. If the dispute persists and the continuation of the marriage becomes purely detrimental, then divorce might be the most suitable option, and Allah may grant them good after their separation.
