Is it permissible to name someone "Al-Jaleel"?

It is permissible to be named with the names of Allah Almighty without the "al-" (the definite article) if the name is merely a proper noun for a person, such as "Jaleel." However, if the name is defined with "al-" or if it is intended to convey the meaning of the attribute, then it is not permissible to be named with it for anyone other than Allah, because "al-" in that case signifies the perfection of the attribute, and this is exclusive to Allah Almighty.
