Is it permissible to name a company or restaurant "Bism," such as "Bism Company for All Pastries"?

There is no evidence that prohibits naming a company or anything else "Bismillah," and the basic principle regarding things is permissibility. If the company does not engage in forbidden activities or violate Islamic law, then there is no objection to this naming. However, if it engages in forbidden acts or violates Islamic law, then it should not be named with this name, in order to preserve the name of Allah the Almighty.
