How can a Muslim woman residing in Spain protect herself from tribulations, given the absence of righteous female friends?

Residing in non-Muslim countries is, in principle, prohibited unless certain conditions are met. If these conditions are not met, a Muslim must depart. However, if there is a legitimate need or necessity for residence, a Muslim must take precautions against tribulations (fitan), including: fearing Allah (taqwa (definition)), getting married, frequently engaging in dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and prayer, seeking righteous company, embracing asceticism (zuhd) in worldly matters, seeking sacred knowledge, and studying the books of the righteous predecessors (salaf saleh).
