Is it permissible to marry a girl who has committed adultery more than once, and who sees herself as unremorseful for her actions, and who might repeat them if given the opportunity?

It is not permissible to marry a fornicatress who has not repented, persists in her egregious sin, and openly commits it. Marriage in this case is forbidden and invalid. This woman admits to committing the egregious sin, shows no remorse, and openly commits it, which contradicts the modesty required of a Muslim. Marrying such a woman represents an acceptance of egregious sin and a lack of protective jealousy (dayutha). A man should fear Allah and choose a righteous wife who will protect his chastity and honor, and benefit him in his religious and worldly affairs, for "Verily, get hold of the one who is religious, and you will be successful."
