Is it permissible to wipe one's hands with a perfumed wipe containing a percentage of alcohol before eating, as is customary on an airplane?

Perfumes containing alcohol are considered impure by most scholars. Therefore, if a tissue is perfumed with such a substance, it is impure, and it is not permissible to wipe hands or other body parts with it, because becoming contaminated with impurity without necessity is not permissible.
