What is the ruling on using perfumed tissues while being unaware of the presence of alcohol in them?

If the presence of alcohol in a certain perfume is confirmed, then it is impure (mutanajjis) and not permissible to use. If the presence of alcohol in it is not known, then there is no harm in using it, because the basic principle regarding things is permissibility.
