Is it permissible to marry a man who is a homosexual and does not pray, but wishes to repent, marry, and form a family, while fearing that he may not abandon his practices?

If a man abandons prayer and practices homosexuality, he has combined two grave matters. He must repent to Allah Almighty, especially from abandoning prayer, as it prohibits indecency and evil. If he repents, ceases the abomination, and maintains prayer, then it is permissible to marry him. Otherwise, do not consider marrying him, for he is displeasing in religion and character. It is advised to supplicate and seek a righteous husband.
