The inheritance is divided, in the presence of a father, mother, wife, son, and daughter, as follows: the mother receives one-sixth, the father receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and the remainder goes to the son and daughter by way of residuary inheritance, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 72 shares: the mother receives 12 shares, the father receives 12 shares, the wife receives 9 shares, the son receives 26 shares, and the daughter receives 13 shares.
