Is the money designated by the owner of a medical company to the liquidator, in exchange for his purchase of medical equipment from him for hospitals and centers that help those in need, Haram (religiously forbidden)?

The questioner is not permitted to profit from the donations that he is entrusted with and is an agent for their owners. He must seek to deduct the percentage offered by the company owner from the price of the devices for the benefit of the poor. This percentage resembles gifts given to workers, which are considered a betrayal, as explained by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in the story of Ibn al-Lutbiyya, because the gift was given only due to the authority held.
