What is the ruling on performing ablution (wudu') and prayer (salat) when there are residual traces of feces on the tissue placed in the private area, after repeated attempts at cleaning?

If the questioner's condition is as stated, then she must use a means to prevent impurity from reaching her clothes, such as a cloth or tissues. She is obligated to minimize the impurity as much as possible. She must also remove the tissue and clean the area when performing ablution and prayer if she is certain that no impurity will emerge. It is not permissible for her to pray with the tissue if she is certain or strongly suspects that it contains impurity, and her prayer would then be invalid due to carrying impurity.
