Is the statement of a disobedient person: "I wish Allah had created me any other creation, whether an animal or a tree, and had not created me as a human" considered disbelief and an objection?

There is no harm in this statement. Similar sentiments have been narrated from some of the Salaf. Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) wished he were a bird or a tree. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wished he were a ram. Abu Darda wished he were a tree. All of this was out of an escape from responsibility and accountability on the Day of Judgment.
