Is it necessary to conclude the tawaf by exclaiming 'Allahu Akbar' at the Black Stone, just as one began it?

Circumambulation (Tawaf) is an act of worship prescribed by divine revelation, and it has been authentically narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say "Allahu Akbar" (God is Greatest) every time he aligned with the Black Stone. It is sunnah (recommended) to say "Allahu Akbar" when aligning with the Black Stone at the end of the seventh circuit, just as it is sunnah at the beginning of each circuit, in emulation of the Prophet (peace be upon him), along with touching and kissing the Stone if possible.
