Is the Black Stone to be received at the end of the seventh circuit of the tawaf?

It is known that circumambulation (Tawaf) begins by touching the Black Stone or gesturing towards it with Takbir (saying "Allahu Akbar") at the start of each circuit. However, after the completion of the seventh circuit, one does not touch the Black Stone or say Takbir, because the Tawaf has concluded, and Takbir is associated with touching it at the beginning of a circuit.

Nevertheless, it is recommended for the circumambulator, after completing the Tawaf of Arrival (Tawaf al-Qudum) and praying the two rak'ahs of Tawaf, to return to the Black Stone to touch it, or to gesture towards it if touching is not possible, before proceeding to Safa.
