Is receiving the Black Stone, then saying "Allahu Akbar," and circumambulating thereafter considered the first circuit (shawt) of the tawaf?

The circumambulation (Tawaf) consists of seven rounds (ashwat), starting from the Black Stone and ending at it, which completes one round. One should touch the Black Stone with the right hand and kiss it if possible, otherwise, point towards it. At the beginning of the Tawaf, one says: "In the name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, (I perform this) out of faith in You, belief in Your Book, fulfillment of Your covenant, and following the Sunnah of Your Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)." Throughout the rest of the Tawaf, one may remember Allah (perform dhikr), recite the Quran, or supplicate with whatever one wishes. Upon reaching the Yemeni Corner, one may touch it with the hand if possible, otherwise, one passes by it without doing anything. Between the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone, one says: {Our Lord, grant us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire} (Quran 2:201).
