Polygyny is permissible with its Shariah-compliant regulations, which include justice and the ability to provide for sustenance and companionship. It is not permissible for you to ask your husband to divorce his second wife, as there is a confirmed prohibition against this in the prophetic hadith: "No woman should ask for the divorce of her sister to empty what is in her vessel." If your husband fulfills your due rights regarding sustenance, clothing, housing, and justice in division, then it is permissible for him to give his second wife more than what he has given you.
