Is going to the intended place considered a divorce after saying, "So if he goes to that place, is it considered a divorce?" in a moment of anger?

A Muslim should not swear by haram (unlawful) or by divorce. If one wishes to swear an oath, let him swear by Allah the Almighty or remain silent, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever is to swear an oath, let him swear by Allah or remain silent." The Qur'an has condemned excessive swearing, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not obey every perjurer, a despicable one." Scholars have differed regarding the ruling on one who swears by haram. Some have favored that he incurs the expiation of ẓihār if he breaks his oath, which is freeing a slave, or fasting for two consecutive months, or feeding sixty poor people, as mentioned in Surat Al-Mujadilah. Others have gone further, stating that it constitutes an irrevocable divorce. The preponderant opinion is that its ruling is that of ẓihār.
