What is the difference between "إياك نعبد" and "نعبدك"?

The Almighty's saying, "It is You we worship and You we ask for help" (Qur'an 1:5), signifies the exclusivity of worship to Allah, for the advancement of the object "You" (إياك) before its verb "we worship" (نعبد) denotes restriction and exclusivity. This means: We dedicate worship to You alone, or we worship no one but You.
