Does a divorce issued by a husband while he is in a state of extreme anger count, especially when he divorced his wife at the end of her menstrual cycle, and she experienced dark blood discharge after the divorce? And does the second divorce count, which he issued over the phone, and his wife did not hear it, then he informed her of the divorce at home, whereupon she said to him: "You are divorced," knowing that she was in a state of purity during which he had intercourse with her?

Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it is so severe that it overwhelms the mind of the person experiencing it.

If you divorced your wife while you were conscious, your divorce is valid. Its validity is not prevented by your wife being in menstruation or in a period of purity during which you had intercourse with her, according to the majority of scholars, and this is the most preponderant opinion.

Your statement to your wife, "I divorced you, you are divorced," with the intention of informing her of the second divorce and not creating a new divorce, is a matter of scholarly disagreement.
