The answer

The supplication for Istikhara (guidance-seeking prayer) is: "O Allah, I seek Your guidance by Your knowledge..." to the end of the supplication. The supplication for the prostration of recitation (Sajdat al-Tilawah) is: "My face has prostrated to the One Who created it and fashioned its hearing and sight by His might and power," or "O Allah, record for me by this (prostration) a reward with You..." As for supplication during general prostration, the Muslim is free to supplicate with whatever good he desires for this world and the Hereafter. Among the reported supplications are: "O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath..." and "Glorified are You, O Allah, our Lord, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive me," and "O Allah, forgive me all my sins..." Masturbation is forbidden, but prayer is valid in a room where this act was committed, as long as the room is pure (tahir).
