Is it permissible for the prompt and deferred dowry in a marriage contract to be a copy of the Holy Quran?

It is permissible for the dowry to be a Mushaf according to those who permit selling and buying the Mushaf, namely the Shafi'is, Malikis, and Hanafis, because the sale pertains to the cover and the paper. As for those who deem its sale unlawful, namely the Hanbalis, they have explicitly stated the unlawfulness of making it a compensation for a dowry, because it is tantamount to selling it, which is forbidden.
