Is it permissible for a girl to marry without her parents' consent if they refuse to marry her off under the pretext of completing her education, while she desires to marry and that does not conflict with her studies?

It is forbidden for a father to prevent his daughter from marrying a suitable man (kufu'). Marriage is more important than studies and does not contradict them. In this situation, the girl is allowed to contact the Sharia court to present the matter and have it decided upon.
