How does Allah Almighty view His servants, knowing the afflicted among them, the righteous, and the astray, without neglecting any of His creatures?

Allah Almighty must be declared free from resembling His creation or being similar to them in attributes, and one must believe that He possesses the highest attribute. One must also abandon the desire to know the modality of His attributes, for creation cannot encompass Him with knowledge, and the apparent meaning that comes to the minds of those who liken Him to creation is negated from Allah.

Furthermore, it is obligatory to believe in the attribute and refrain from pondering its modality, for its modality is unknown, believing in it is obligatory, and questioning it is an innovation. Allah the Most High is aware of all His creation; He knows what hearts conceal and what is even more hidden.
