Was the Messiah born in the summer, based on the mention of ripe dates in the Qur’an, which are only available in the summer?

The plain meaning of the verse indicates that the birth of Christ, peace be upon him, occurred in summer. It is possible that Allah Almighty supported Mary with a miracle, providing her with fresh dates out of their season. There is no explicit text that indicates the date of his birth, peace be upon him.
