There is no objection to compiling appendices and questions with their answers, writing books, and selling them, provided that the sources and references are cited. There is no objection to using a Visa card to withdraw money if it is the designated method, and there is no objection to the bank taking a percentage for its services, provided one limits it to the extent of need.
