What is the share of each heir from the inheritance, knowing that the deceased's heirs are: a father, a mother, one daughter, and one wife?

If the deceased leaves behind only a mother, a father, a wife, and a daughter, then the mother receives one-sixth, the father receives one-sixth, the wife receives one-eighth, and the daughter receives one-half. The remainder goes to the father by virtue of 'asabah (agnatic relationship), in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And for his parents, each of them will have one-sixth of what he left if he had a child," and the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one-eighth of what you leave," and His saying: "And if there is only one daughter, she will have one-half." And according to the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, who said: "Give the fard (fixed shares) to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male heir." The inheritance is divided into twenty-four shares: the mother receives four shares, the wife receives three shares, the daughter receives twelve shares, and the father receives five shares (four as a fixed share and one as 'asabah).

It is mandatory to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be another heir, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
