How can one atone for swearing on the Qur’an falsely three times: the first by changing the name of a prohibited commodity in front of an officer, and the second by denying the previous issuance of a passport to avoid taxes, knowing that one has repented and become regular in prayer?

The expiation for a false oath sworn on the Mus'haf (Quran) is sincere repentance (tawbah nasuhah) through seeking forgiveness (istighfar), showing remorse, and resolving never to repeat the act. This is because such an oath is a "yameen ghamus" (a perjured oath that immerses one in sin) and is considered one of the major sins.
