What is the expiation for one who swore falsely by Allah out of fear, then swore by the Qur'an not to repeat a sin but repeated part of it, and what are the consequences if he repeats the sin fully?

A girl's conversation with young men is a cause of fitna (temptation/strife), and it must be abandoned, and one should repent for what has passed. As for swearing a false oath upon the Qur'an, it is a sin for which repentance is obligatory, and it is more prudent to offer kaffara (expiation) to resolve the difference of opinion [among scholars]. As for swearing an oath that you will not speak to a young man, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding the necessity of kaffara for sending messages. It is more prudent to offer kaffara because the apparent intention is to completely cease communication. If you break your oath, you must repent and offer kaffara for an oath: feeding ten poor persons, or clothing them, or emancipating a slave. If you cannot find any of these, then fasting for three consecutive days.
