Is placing money bearing the name of Allah on the ground, whether directly or on a cloth, considered a desecration of the name of Allah?

A Muslim must glorify the sacred things of Allah and His rituals, for Allah the Almighty says: "And whoever honors the sacred things of Allah - it is better for him in the sight of his Lord," and He says: "And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts." It is not permissible to place anything containing the name of Allah directly on the ground or in a dirty place, whether it is on banknotes or ordinary papers, because this does not indicate glorification. However, placing it on a clean handkerchief is not forbidden, as it indicates glorification and respect.
