What is the ruling regarding a husband divorcing his wife with a second repudiation at her request and under pressure and anger, after he had previously divorced her with a first repudiation due to anger and then taken her back?

1. The divorce of an angry person is valid if he is aware of what he is saying; otherwise, it is not.

2. The divorce of a pregnant woman is valid and effective by scholarly consensus.

3. The pronouncement of divorce made under pressure and insistence is considered valid.

4. Divorce applies to the wife if she is still under the husband's marital bond. If the marital bond is severed or the waiting period (iddah) expires without reconciliation, then the divorce does not take effect.

5. If the total number of divorce pronouncements reaches three while she is still under your marital bond, she becomes unlawful for you until she marries another husband. If it is less than three, you may reconcile with her before her waiting period (iddah) is complete.

6. It is not permissible for the wife to seek divorce without a valid Shar'i (Islamic legal) excuse.
