Is it permissible for an employee working at the reception of a hotel in Makkah to pray in the hotel, given his continuous presence at the reception and the absence of a prayer room in the hotel?

Scholars have mentioned excuses that permit missing congregational prayers, among them fear and illness. Fear includes: fear for oneself or one's property. So, whoever's going to the congregation would cause them to lose the work they are entrusted with, may miss the congregational prayer. It is better for a Muslim to leave work that prevents them from congregational prayers and seek other employment. It is permissible to pray in any clean place, such as a hotel, if one cannot pray in the mosque due to an excuse.
