Does using a mobile phone that contains musical ringtones fall under the category of doubtful matters, and can this be avoided by using ringtones in the form of Quranic verses?

It is forbidden to set musical tones as ringtones for mobile phones, based on the noble prophetic hadith: "There will be among my Ummah people who will legalize illicit sexual intercourse, silk, alcoholic drinks, and musical instruments." The point of inference in theith is that musical instruments are coupled with things that are unequivocally forbidden. Furthermore, the Holy Quran was not revealed to be used as notification tones, but rather for contemplation and action. Therefore, it is sufficient to set the phone to the usual bell tone.
