Can a human being know his afterlife destiny from visions and dreams, whether they appear to him directly or through interpretation and explanation?

Man cannot know his destiny from visions. No legal ruling is derived from them, nor is what they contain considered definitive, nor are future matters built upon them. The most a good vision can be is glad tidings that one can find comfort and optimism in, nothing more. One should not be deluded by them or rely upon them. It was said: "A righteous vision brings joy but does not deceive."
