Is it necessary to wait to achieve material and social compatibility in marriage, or is it better to accept one of the current suitors to attain the pleasure of the Most Merciful, knowing that I am 24 years old?

A young man's and woman's longing for marriage is natural, and it is Allah's way in His creation. The required standard in marriage is religion and character, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If there comes to you one whose religion and character you approve, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and great corruption." Therefore, if a suitor of good character and religion comes forward, perform the Istikhara prayer, consult with people of sound judgment and trustworthiness, and then proceed with the marriage.
