Is it permissible to open a beauty salon in a wedding hall, provided that the beautician adheres to what is lawful and does not violate Islamic Sharia?

It is permissible to open a beauty salon for women, provided that it adheres to Islamic regulations. These are: that the work be performed by a Muslim woman, and that the salon does not adorn women who display themselves immodestly, as Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Furthermore, the work must not involve anything forbidden, such as styling or cutting hair in a way that imitates disbelieving or immoral women or men, plucking eyebrows, viewing or touching 'awrah (parts of the body that must be covered), or dyeing hair black.
