What is the ruling on the proliferation of women's beauty salons in Islamic society, and what is the ruling on Muslim women frequenting them, especially during Eids and special occasions?

It is permissible, الإسلامically, for a Muslim woman to go to beauty salons and adorn herself therein, as long as these salons adhere to Islamic guidelines and are free from forbidden things and abominations. If any of these conditions are violated, then it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to go there, nor is it permissible to open such salons in the first place. It is not advisable to frequent them excessively, as this involves extravagance which is forbidden in Islam.
