What is the ruling on kinship relations between a nursing infant and his paternal uncles and aunts from his grandfather's other wives, excluding the nursing mother?

If a person is nursed by his grandfather's wife with his grandfather's milk, he becomes their son. Consequently, all the grandfather's children from all his wives are considered his siblings, regardless of whether they were nursed by their own mothers or not, because the milk in this case is one and the same, known as "fahl milk" (milk from the same father). The proof for this is what Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, narrated about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in the story of Aflah, Abu Al-Qais's brother, when he commanded her to permit him entry because he was her paternal uncle through rada'ah (nursing).
