What is the fate of those who worship strange things in East Asian countries and know nothing about Islam? And does Allah want to destroy those who know but do not respond to His call?

Whoever has received the call of Islam and does not believe is a disbeliever, abiding eternally in Hellfire; for Allah the Almighty says: ﴿Indeed, those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the Fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures.﴾ As for whoever has not received the call, the preponderant opinion is that they will be tested in the Hereafter. And you must exert your utmost effort in guiding these peoples; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "For Allah to guide one man through you is better for you than red camels."
