How does one purify oneself if urine continues to flow for more than ten minutes after urinating, prior to prayer?

One who experiences drops of urine after urinating must take precautions and place a tissue, then wait until the drops cease. After that, he should perform istinja (definition)' (wash himself) and wudu' (ablution) for prayer with a valid purification. Even if he misses the congregational prayer, praying with certain purification takes precedence. This person does not fall under the ruling of one afflicted with perpetual discharge (sahib al-salas) as long as he finds sufficient time to pray with a valid purification.
