What is the ruling on a seller increasing the shipping price and decreasing the product price, or vice versa, with the aim of incentivizing buyers?

There is no objection to selling products online if they are accurately described or displayed with images that remove ambiguity. It is permissible to charge a fee for their delivery. There is no specific limit to profit in trade; the important thing is to avoid lying, deception, ambiguity, fraud, misrepresentation, and excessive exploitation, and to ensure mutual consent between the parties, based on the Almighty's saying: (O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, DO NOT CONSUME ONE ANOTHER’S PROPERTIES UNJUSTLY, BUT ONLY [IN LAWFUL] TRADE BY MUTUAL CONSENT FROM AMONG YOU...) and the Prophet’s (PBUH) saying: (Indeed, selling is by mutual consent). There is no objection to raising the price of the product and lowering the shipping cost or vice versa, provided there is no lying, misrepresentation, or excessive exploitation, and that the total price (product with shipping) is consistent with its real value and the prices of similar items in the market, taking into account usual differences. The buyer has the option to purchase or decline.
