Regarding the verse, "And whoever He wills to leave astray, He makes his breast tight and constricted as though he were ascending into the sky," is there a repetition of tightness, and what is the wisdom behind it if so, or what is the meaning of "tight and constricted" if it is not a repetition?

The interpretation of the Almighty's saying: (So, whoever Allah wills to guide, He expands his breast to Islam; and whoever He wills to misguide, He makes his breast constricted and difficult as if he is ascending into the sky) is that the expansion of one's breast to Islam is a sign of guidance and success, whereas the constriction of one's breast is a sign of misguidance and wretchedness. Scholars differed on the meaning of "difficult" (harajan). Some said it is a specific continuation after a general term, meaning an even greater constriction. Others said that "haraj" denotes multiple meanings, including constriction, sin, anxiety, and doubt. It was also said that the repetition of "constricted and difficult" (dayyiqan harajan) is for emphasis on the severity of the constriction.
