Is it permissible for me to tutor a girl in the presence of her father?

If there is fear of temptation (fitna) from teaching a girl, then it is forbidden to do so. However, if temptation is secure, there is no harm, provided that the girl adheres to the legal hijab and there is no seclusion (khalwa). This is because the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to meet with women, admonish them, and teach them, which indicates the permissibility of a man teaching and admonishing women within the bounds of Islamic etiquette.
