Is it permissible to wear a necklace in the shape of the Pharaonic "key of life" that resembles a cross, knowing that it is not a cross in itself?

Wearing this necklace is forbidden because it is in the form of a Pharaonic key, which bears the emblem of the disbelievers, or in the shape of a cross, which Christians worship. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade everything that contains a cross. Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "would not leave anything in his house that had crosses upon it but he would obliterate it" (narrated by Al-Bukhari). It is also forbidden to imitate the disbelievers, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them" (narrated by Abu Dawud).

The prohibited imitation refers to practices exclusive to disbelievers, such as customs, beliefs, and acts of worship, including shaving the beard, observing their seasons and holidays, excessive veneration of the righteous, ringing bells, and wearing the cross. Whoever knows the ruling on wearing the cross and insists on it may be judged as a disbeliever, for Allah Almighty says: "And whoever is an ally to them among you – then indeed, he is one of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people" (Al-Ma'idah: 51).

The relationship of friendship between a man and a non-mahram woman is forbidden in Islam, due to what it may lead to of falling into forbidden acts such as soft speech, looking, touching, seclusion, or indecency, and corrupting the heart and attachment to Allah.
