Is a husband's refusal to seek treatment and his rejection of procreation Haram, and is the wife entitled to seek divorce for that reason?

The husband is advised to seek medical treatment in pursuit of procreation, which is encouraged by Islamic law. In the Hadith: "Marry the affectionate, fertile women, for I shall outnumber the nations with you." Furthermore, seeking medical treatment is encouraged by Islamic law: "Seek medical treatment, O servants of Allah, for Allah has not created a disease without also creating a cure for it." It should be known that the provision of children is guaranteed, so there is no justification for abstaining from procreation. However, abandoning treatment is not forbidden.
