What is the ruling on working at Bank Al-Bilad, which will be established soon, knowing that all its transactions will be Islamic, but without being named an Islamic bank?

It is permissible to work at Bank Al-Bilad if its transactions adhere to the provisions of Islamic law. The fact that it is an "Islamic bank" does not necessarily mean this. The Sharia Supervisory Board of the bank has issued a resolution stating that the bank has committed itself to applying Sharia in all its transactions and subjecting itself to the oversight of its Sharia board.
