What should a person do who has reached the age of twenty-seven and is unable to marry due to financial reasons, and suffers from migraines and is unable to fast?

You must have taqwa (fearfulness of God), be patient, and make abundant supplications, for God answers the prayers of the distressed. If He knows your sincerity and devotion in seeking what is lawful, He will grant you relief and ease your affairs, as He Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent."
