Are the brown discharges that appear three days before the menstrual period, as spots accompanied by menstrual pain, and one day after the period without pain, considered part of the menstrual days, thereby prohibiting prayer and fasting?

Brownish discharge before menstruation is considered kudrah (dark or turbid discharge) and not menstruation, based on the statement of Umm Atiyyah: "We did not consider kudrah and sufrah (yellowish discharge) to be anything." However, Ata and Sufyan considered kudrah and sufrah to be menstruation if they occurred during the days of menstruation. As for after the days of menstruation, they are considered istihadah (non-menstrual bleeding), and the rulings for ritually pure women apply to them. Kudrah and sufrah necessitate purifying the private parts and nullifying ablution, unless there are signs indicating that they are menstruation, such as occurring immediately before and connected to the regular period, and being accompanied by menstrual pain.
