It is not permissible to lease a commercial register because it is a guarantee, and it is not lawful to take compensation for it. The prohibition is confirmed if the ruler forbids it. Furthermore, the aforementioned person engages in prohibited acts, so leasing the register to him is considered aiding him in his unlawful deeds.
